2 days after I buy I’m in the shop for $2300 and no response from the dealership to help. Do not recommend at all!!

Great place to shop for a vehicle. Love my new Equinox. I would recomend that anyone looking for a new or used car. Come out and check it out. Ask for Jim!!!

I won't even consider buying "used" here again.

Everything started good. Salesperson was responsive, straight forward and personable. Reinforced vehicle had undergone 84pt check and was in very good shape. We agreed on a price and I agreed to pick up vehicle later date after giving a deposit. I drove 3.5 Hrs to pick up the vehicle. Vehicle looked nice and no obvious problems were noticed on local streets in initial test drive. After completing purchase I pulled into highway in front of dealership. Drove vehicle at 70 mph for a few miles and it began to jerk intermittently. Managed to get off of highway and then it would barely move. Almost completely stalled in traffic. Fortunately we got it parked and salesperson came and picked us up literally one exit from the dealership exit. Transmission/fuel problem? I don't know but seems like their service department 84 pt check is either useless or not very well done. They said they weren't going to put any money into the vehicle. To their credit they voided the sale and refunded the purchase. That doesn't do anything for the day of vacation and 75 bucks in gas that was wasted on them. Purchase occurred this morning. As of now the vehicle is still listed for sale. Maybe it takes some time to take down but future buyers may want to think twice about buying USED here and placing a value on their 84 pt check.

Sorry, you had issues with the vehicle. ALL our preowned vehicles do go through a vehicle inspection. Unfortunately the vehicle had a mechanical issue and broke down. That isn't something we can control. We did everything we could to help out and refunded the money. Sorry, you lost a vacation day but what happened really was not anything we can control and we did what we could to make the situation right.
