They were the worst dealership to deal with.
They were the worst dealership to deal with. I was ready to purchase their 2024 Venza for the list price. When I got a hold of the salesman I asked for the out the door price. He began adding prices for ceramic coating on top of the listed price, and said the were non negotiable. I stated I did want all the add-ons just the price listed. He blew me off and played the "Let me talk to my manager game." The next morning, still upset about the way I was treated, I sent an email to the on-line sales manager. They responded, that I didn't have to pay for the add ons if I did want that. At that point I still wanted to go ahead with the purchase, just with a differentsamesperson. Some time goes by and I get a call expecting to complete the sale and they tell me that they just took a deposit on the vehicle I had been dealing with them about. This dealership is full of scams. The price listed on cars.com or even their web site is not the price you pay. Buyer beware, watch out for the 300 dollar ceramic coating and other bogus fees.
