I came in for a door handle issue at 7:30am and expected
I came in for a door handle issue at 7:30am and expected it to require a special part order which, in fact, it did. While I was waiting, they emailed me that the coolant, and tires needed replacing and provided photo evidence. I approved the additional work to be done, but when I picked up the car at 5:00pm nothing at all had been done to the car, and this was not communicated. The door handle part was not in stock, as I expected, but neither were the tires, and the coolant wasn't even flushed and replaced. The only thing communicated to me was that the door handle part was on order. I expected the tires and coolant to bar done, but it wasn't.
