Overall I have been treated ok, I have been a bit disappointed this last time when I had a rotor go out on my brakes. I had asked them about a squeak on my brakes for a couple of years. Then after my warranty had run out the rotor started coming apart and I had a $500 repair. They did fix it for me. I don't know why they couldn't see it sooner.

I recently had the best car buying experience I've ever had. It was all thanks to the folks at Kim Hansen Chevrolet. When we went to look at a truck we had seen online, we were pleasantly surprised when we showed up to the lot and the doors were unlocked giving us some time to look the truck over without needing to talk to a salesman first. We then were able to negotiate a deal that was fantastic. Dane, the salesman we interfaced with, was awesome. He made sure the truck was ready to go (including fixes as part of the deal). Larry in the finance department was also great. This was the first time I wasn't hassled for 30min about gap insurance. No pressure at all. The icing on the cake was showing up to pick up the truck with a full tank of gas. This has been something I've asked for in the past when buying cars but never had success. They did it without asking. All in all a great buying experience. They are a little bit off the beaten path but well worth the drive. Will definitely be buying here again and will recommend to others! Thanks!
