The process of scheduling an appointment and waiting for
The process of scheduling an appointment and waiting for a call to actually schedule an appointment was like dealing with the DMV. It doesn't make sense. Then, when I was able to bring my car in, the service tech's job was to confirm that the part that needed to be ordered was the right part. Then, it was stated at that time that I was to pay for the part. Then, I needed to schedule another appointment when the part came in. Then, drive my car there to get the repair done, and then pay for the labor. The whole process is confusing and time-consuming. Just being honest.
