I purchased a new Silverado, the truck is great. The customer service was the worst I have ever received. I think it was because I was from a different island. I had to call at least 5 times each time, leaving messages. But my calls were never returned. They even held my plates over something I never got. Just lousy customer service to the outer island buyers.

Always as an early arrival I drop my car off with Kawika knowing it will be in great hands. Prior to leaving, sometimes on their courtesy Shuttle Service, I let him know the service(s) my car needs and he make sure they are relayed to the mechanics. The mechanics do a fantastic job completing the usual service or mechanical problem I request to be fixed. Kawika also will give me a call updating me on the status of my car and another call when it is completed. Thank you for your continued and consistent quality service!!!
