I had a scheduled service appointment today at 12:00 PM
I had a scheduled service appointment today at 12:00 PM for my 2025 Sierra Denali and arrived early, dropping the vehicle off at 11:45 AM. What was supposed to be a routine visit has turned into a very frustrating experience. The cameras stopped functioning due to what the system indicated was a required software update. Since dropping it off I have requested a status update three separate times. Each time, the service advisor, Jason Hadden, responded that he “needed to get an update,” yet no proactive communication or resolution followed. I have now been sitting here for over three hours with no clear explanation, timeline, or sense of urgency. My time is valuable, and this experience demonstrates a complete lack of respect for it. This is especially disappointing given that I purchased the vehicle here and expected a much higher level of service, particularly for a Denali. Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve had, and it will be the first and last time I bring my vehicle here for service. Overall, this experience has been unacceptable and ridiculous.
