This will probably be my last American car I purchase, especially from this dealer. When I bought the car, I questioned the low mileage. Given a story that their customers love dealing with them. Thank goodness I purchased extended warranty. 2015 Buick Encore, lemon. It took 5 weeks to get my car back, warranty company would not do the repairs recommended by the dealer, and only authorized the minimum. Two weeks later, check engine light is back on.

I’m writing this as someone who sat there and witnessed everything firsthand, and it was a complete waste of our time. I went with my husband and son while they tried to buy a 2025 Chevy Colorado work truck. What should have been a quick, easy purchase turned into nearly two hours of waiting with very little progress and constant back-and-forth. From where I was sitting, the whole process felt disorganized and frustrating. Information kept changing, and there was no clear explanation of what was actually going on. The focus stayed on monthly payments instead of clearly explaining the full details, and nothing about the experience felt transparent. What was most surprising is that even after we explained that we are small business owners in Walton County, that we want to support local businesses, and that we’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars on service here over the years, it honestly felt like it made no difference at all. There was no urgency, no added effort, and no concern for our time. We were very clear that we planned to share our experience, and even that seemed to be met with indifference. As someone simply observing, it was obvious this wasn’t a one-off issue with one person. It felt like a bigger problem with how things are run. What should have been an exciting and straightforward moment ended up being exhausting and disappointing. After witnessing this firsthand, I would not recommend doing business here.
