Small, but absolutely WONDERFUL dealership.
Small, but absolutely WONDERFUL dealership. Service department is amazing! If you make an appointment for (example) 0900, and you show up on time, the service advisor is waiting for you & takes your car in right away. I usually wait for minor service, and since they take the car in right away, my car is done in less than an hour. Not only is the vehicle done in less than an hour, the repairs are done correctly! I live about a 30 minute drive from the dealership, but I go to Paul Thigpen GMC for both warranty work & routine service since their service shop is so good. There are other dealerships closer to where I live (which I've tried), but none of them can hold a candle to Paul Thigpen GMC.
