Came in for an oil change and waited 3 hours only to find
Came in for an oil change and waited 3 hours only to find out my car was done an hour and a half ago. I will not bring my vehicle here for service no more.

Took vehicle in for a pre-purchase inspection.
Took vehicle in for a pre-purchase inspection. Was charged $400 (over $100 more than quoted on the phone) and given no inspection report or detailed listing of work done. When inspection report was requested, I had to wait approx. 10 minutes to be given a falsified report stating that, among other things, the engine oil and fuel systems in my electric car were filled and in excellent condition. Complete waste of my time and money as I can't rely on anything that I was told about the condition of the car or the systems actually inspected.
