Received a letter wanting to make an offer on my vehicle
Received a letter wanting to make an offer on my vehicle that I tried to trade in with them. I called the person who sent the letter but talked to a female who said she could help me. She said I had to bring my vehicle in for an appraisal even though they appraised it only a couple weeks before. I told her they appraised it earlier and she got rude and hung up the phone. I will never do business with them again nor will I recommend anyone to use them. In fact I will do what I can to discourage anyone from buying from them.

contact the dealership and I will I mean it I asked about cars that were $12,500 you know with 100,000 mi on the less than $100,000. I don't know but 12,500 seems like a lot to me and I contacted me and then the first person I talked to I was asking what type of cars they had for that amount and she said they had a couple and I asked what were they and she couldn't tell me and she couldn't tell me you know send me anything over email or text or anything else before I come down there and then I was told that because I can't come down there today that wasting their time and was hung up on I wish I could send the picture of the text

Never had such amazing customer service. I was totally surprised. Ethan from Edd Kirby Service was prompt, courteous keeping me informed about everything. Was awesome to hear from and the work performed has been awesome. After the delay on getting the transmission in, he let me know as soon as it was there and it was in immediately. Thank you, Ethan, for changing my opinion of Edd Kirby Service Department. I will not hesitate to return when needed. Ethan deserves a raise.

OUR STORY: One recent survey revealed most people would rather have a root canal than have to visit a new car dealership to purchase a car. We do business radically different. We do not let people with little negotiating skill or no desire to negotiate be taken advantage of.
We changed the way salespeople are paid & today we still have the only sales force not paid on commission instead our salespeople are paid a salary. This way they have no incentive to raise a customer's price or try & sell the most expensive vehicles with the highest markup.
We also resist the temptation to hide additional profit in DOC FEES. NO DEALER FEES EVER!
