Poor.
Poor. Appointment made to drop your vehicle off but not diagnosed same day. Three (3) days later and car still not diagnosed/serviced until I threatened to pick it up. Only to be charged $200 for diagnostic but no regards for being inconvenienced without a car.

Service here is always pretty much great.
Service here is always pretty much great. This last visit was concerning, however we needed additional answers on the issue and may have not communicated that well to get them. We now need to schedule another visit to get answers on why the truck has this issue if it was not related to the original visit

Great service team! Ashley and Yolanda always communicate the exact issue and cost to repair before work begins. Repair times are prompt, and drop off is seamless. Could not be happier
