I showed up to the dealership on August 5 2024 to try to buy a new Colorado while doing a credit I told the salesman that I only wanted to finance with GM the salesman told the finance Manager this and put it in writing on the credit application the credit manager ignored this I received 4 emails from experience stating the credit checks I asked him if he had done this he had nothing to say but I was approved for a high down payment and a very high monthly payment I bought 3 vehicles when it was Sutton I had high hopes of doing business with Osborn but that’s not going to happen now all of this is not the salesman’s fault he was very informative about the Colorado and did his job

It was a great experience dealing Ethan he was a wonderful sales to me and real helpful

I bought a 2023 corvette last Saturday because the salesman actually called me. This guy like many others that missed out because he wanted to just text. They actually had a car that I really wanted.
