Jim Ellis Buick dealer at Mall if Georgia is clean and has a comfortable waiting area. Service Advisor, Kovoki Lott, does a good job of explaining what needs to be done on your car and provides options.

Staff is not very friendly or courteous, appointment took 2:15, I feel like there’s no sense of urgency and the employee was only concerned about selling me additional services. I asked about checking why my back tire periodically loses air and when he came back to sell me additional services, I asked him about the problem with the tire and he had forgotten. I will most likely find a different dealership, especially due to having an appointment for just an oil change and it took two hours and 15 minutes.

Unfortunately, the technicians were not very helpful. We’ve always worked with David and he has always been amazing. These guys told me they didn’t know if it would take 3 days or 3 months to get my part in. They also were not helpful with a loaner. I had to speak with Sammie in order to get some help. All of my vehicles have been purchased from Sammie and his team.. The service department has to step it up.
