Prince Comes Through

Reviewed by Karen Stiller from Albany, GaOctober 22, 2021

Several weeks ago I wrote a scathing review about Prince of Albany’s service department. I accused them of recharging and placing a used battery in my mom’s Cadillac as the battery only lasted one week. The new one lasted the same amount of time. With this being said I figured the problem must be larger and went back to the dealership to “eat crow”. Becky, the service manager was kind, helpful and professional. Though, their appointments were booked until the end of November she said they would find time at some point to fit us end if we could be patient. Low and behold Becky was true to her word, and we picked up the car today in good working condition with the problem solved - a corroded battery cable now fixed and brand new. Thank you to the service team and Becky for putting up with my upset in the beginning , diagnosing and solving the problem.

Sales staff is great! Everyone in sales is friendly and knowledgeable of the cars and trucks they are selling. I used Jeff Jones to sell me the last 3 vehicles. Teri underwood in finance is great as well! She talked me into an extended coverage on my first vehicle and all since and glad she did! I had to go in for a water pump base warranty was up but since I had the coverage I only had to pay $100
