I called 2 days ago to schedule a warranty issue service for our new Equinox we just bought a week ago and still have not received a call back with a scheduled date. Very poor communication and this is a consistent theme for all of our Chevy's we service at your shop.

Very good make you comfortable while you wait. Ask if you need anything. The dealership is great. It's the surveys that are annoying. Every time I go to get my truck serviced I get bombarded with 5 million surveys from you guys and it's becoming annoying. Is that enough words?
