I cannot stress enough, how hard you should avoid this place. If you want deception, misrepresentation, and coercion… this is the place to go. Single handed the worst auto dealership experience I have had, and be certain to cover your tracks and own financing. Also, do yourselves a favor and read through their reviews and public records of civil suits. These dealerships are not required and are not regulated to disclose certain fees, financing incentives, fee caps, and much more. A lot to criticize about my dealing but here is a concise look. Then when you inquire about those differences, and call them out on it, they reply with dismissive disrespectful emails and stop communication

I purchased a 2024 Ram 2500 from Morgan Chev on July 12, 2025. I dealt with salesperson Garrett Vess. Garrett did not know much about the truck and really did not want to negotiate. He preferred I dealt with the manager Josh. We came up with a reasonable OTD offer so I decided to drive down to Tampa. At first, I was very skeptical to drive two hours to see the truck because of the low reviews I found about this dealership but decided to go. I test drove the truck and decided to negotiate a better offer. I dealt with Josh and Jerry, managers. There was list of item s that need to be corrected on the truck, some that Morgan Chev could fix others they could not. Jerry explained that to me very well and made me an offer that was reasonable, and I could get those items fixed somewhere else. During my visit I was treated like a friend, they offered me lunch that was brought in for the employees, very professional and friendly atmosphere. Two weeks earlier I had purchased a new 2026 Honda Passport for my wife at the Ocala Honda dealer and was very pleased with their service also. I did not give five stars because there was no time devoted to go over the truck with me. I assume it was because it was Ram and not a Chevy. Either way, don't let the reviews turn you away. Maybe you will get the same service from Josh and Jerry.
