I wasn't expecting this process to go so smoothly. I stopped by for lunch and came back to the office with a new car ready for pick up at the end of the day. Everyone was so nice, they opened doors and greeted me. And this happens every time I came back to the dealership. Noah picked a selection of cars for me before I came and made the selection process very simple. He only showed me cars that I could afford, which I truly appreciated. He then worked with my financial needs to make the purchase possible. Now, I also had a wonderful experience with John King who showed me the cars and went test driving with me. He was so knowledgeable about the cars that he helped with making my decision on which car I wanted. Once I purchased the car, John took me to my car and showed me the ins and outs of the car. Connected me to all the devices. It was late and he wasn't bothered at all. I received an email from John the very next day making sure I didn't need anything and he made sure he was available for anything I needed. Good customer service is hard to come by, but I truly found it at Jim Browne Chervrolet!
