Customer service was outstanding. Trent was able to make a deal with me on getting my new vehicle. Trent explained everything to me about my vehicle and my paperwork. Trent was very patient with me and he answered all my questions. He is absolutely amazing.

Never returns calls if there is a problem.
Never returns calls if there is a problem. I have tried for over a year to get in contact with ANYONE to get a refund on my refundable deposit. I will never do business with Ferman given my experience. You need to be able to count on a dealer when things don't go right.
