BAD SERVICE AND RUDE ATTITUDES.
HAD A APPOINTMENT SET UP BY JESUS ORTIZ FOR 2 WEEKS OUT ON FEB 22 @9:AM TO REPLACE A TIRE SENSOR IN THE DRIVERS REAR WHEEL.WHEN I GOT THERE AND DROPPED MY CAR OFF AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER WE GET A CALL TELLING US THE PART IS NOT IN STOCK. hE QUOTED ME A PRICE OF $175 TO $200. INSTALLED.WHEN HE CALLED HE SAID IT WAS GOING TO COST $400. + DOLLARS HE SAID HE WOULD HONOR THE PRICE HE GAVE ME ,WE HAD TO COME BACK AND GET OUR CAR FOR AN AFTERNOON APP.WHAT IS GOING ON IN YOUR SERVICE DEPT?? WHY DID THEY NOT SHOW US THE CURISEY OF A CALL LETTING US KNOW THE PART WAS NOT IN STOCK AND WHY THE PRICE HIKE ?? YOUR SERVICE IS IN TROUBLE AS IS YOUR CHARGES THIS WAS FOR ONE WHEEL AND ONE SENSOR (????? NOT FAIR AT ALL ALAN JAY.WE ARE CONTACTING GMC TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON AT YOUR DEALER SHIP. WE WILL NOT BE BACK AND WE ARE LETTING GMC KNOW WE WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER OF THERE AUTOS.
