Same experience as others here. 10k markup on prices, 4k "family plan" tacked on, cannot opt out. Low offer on trade. Overall bad experience and a waste of time.

Excellent Purchase
Excellent service buying a car from this dealership. They were attentive, honest, and fast in processing purchase paperwork. I shopped several dealerships in South Georgia and North Florida before purchasing a vehicle. Jack Hanna had the best prices. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
