My brand new 2025 150,000.
My brand new 2025 150,000.00 Corvette experience at gettel. Started February when I brought my car to gettel to get factory problems fixed.. My car was damaged by the body shop. Scratches over spray miss alignment of top seat was turned black car inside covered in dirt. Paint with dirt paint feels like braile this is how JP was giving me back my car on 3 occasions.. We did the best we can we can't get it perfect JP,s words! Service side broken door panel installed & nothing said 3 rd door panel leather pealing. Guy that installed the door panel is on my cars PDR video redline/ multiple High reving to my engine 4 to 5 times.. The body shop guy is on video talking about taking my car on a Joy Ride 2 times Kyle Ben JP could Care less. I can't fire the guy I don't have enough help. Ben I thought these cars could not be redlined. JP just don't give a xxxx! My car left at idle for 18 minutes till the car shuts it's self off. Multiple people driving my car up to 7 times a day. The engine has a dry sump oil system that can't be left at idle! Still getting nothing fixed as of now I am only allowed so many words so I will run out of space B4 I can tell the whole story. I found a leaking bottle of Wax in my fronk. Did anyone care no! Did they wax my fresh paint job yes! JP calls your car is ready. I asked is everything taken care of yep JP says. I get there my car is covered in dirt under the paint scratches on both sides of the car over spray on my car my driver's seat in now black it was orange the door panel is now covered in dirt the driver's side is covered in some smeared stuff to cover up a scratch and over spray. But again JP we can't get it perfect. My car came in perfect! I get the car back the 3rd time still dirt in the paint top is misaligned. Please have James gettel contact me or Robert Bisplinghoff the CEO.i have 3 weeks of PDR videos people reading this set your cars to valet mode or teenagers mode when dropping off your car who is going to cover the long term damage to my engine! Caused by gettel employees? Who decided to rag on my car caught on video! Let's talk strips that were supposed to be ordered in June per Sandra said she did so for my car .the hood strip has dirt under strip roof strips coming up. Convertible top strip removed to fix 2 small paint chips. My car is being sub out to a company to install the strips Kyle said on 9/24 he personally made sure everything was ordered. My appointment was 10/14 on 10/13 the company had not yet received confirmation of the ok. Or the strip package. The company got approved to install the strips mid morning 10/13 & was told I had the strip package. I now go to gettel to check on the strip package. Kyle is at lunch Sandra has convently went home sick I was told. Well only one of 8 strips were found. Nothing else was there. They have had 8 months to do this job to get the strips ordered. Kyle response was short of making a trip to Michigan I don't know what to say. You had 8 months to get the part's!( My opinion the body shop has destroyed the value of my car. The employee has destroyed my engine due to high reving the engine. & Multiple times my car was left at idle) they ad my car 3 weeks from all the people driving my car around the dealership I got my car back almost unempty. ( JP had asked me not to leave a review because he was mostly the problem. That it would fall back on Kyle. So I waited till xxxx just kept getting worse! I brought this up to Kyle when I confronted him on the PDR videos. Kyle,s response was please let us make it right. Well to this day it keeps going south!

I was talked into getting a great deal on a 2024 GMC
I was talked into getting a great deal on a 2024 GMC Sierra Denali pick up truck by a salesman at Gettel. I was told there was minimal water intrusion due to a cracked windshield during shipping, so the carpeting had been replaced. When I got home I found rust in the metal below the back seat. When I looked under the front seats there was also rust on the metal there up to about 5 or 6 inches high. I returned the "bargain" truck the next day, in an exchange for a full priced 2025 model. I was supposed to get ONE service call included in the price, which was supposed to include an oil change and tire rotation, within one year of purchase. When I tried to use it there was no phone number provided for the service, and I was steered to filling out a request form on the web site that included extra unwanted and overpriced services required in order to schedule an appointment. It was not optional. I replied to two emails from Gettel, and then made calls twice to the sales dept number, and left messages, which is the only phone number I could find on the website. I received NO replies, but started getting automated emails for scheduling service, and steered to the same upsale crap I had been dealing with. I have twice now requested to be removed from their email list, but they have not responded to these either. I wil NEVER buy anything from any Gettel dealer again. I love the truck but HATE the lack of follow through. I expected better after purchasing a premium product.
