It took them two weeks to identify the issue with my car
It took them two weeks to identify the issue with my car the first time I sent it off, then an additional seven days to fix it. always promising to give me a loaner car so I can go about my everyday business, but never delivering on that promise. The day after I got my car back after three weeks of being held captive, there was an engine noise that wasn't there on the first visit. After six days of waiting, I still haven't received any information on the problem. I never get a response when I phone the representative. There has been no response from anyone, and I still don't know what's wrong with my automobile. I still don't have any answers, and my car is in the service shop. In the event that my representative is not in the office, the other reps never respond. This center is�useless.
