Tom Gibbs ruined my new truck 6 months old 2020
Tom Gibbs ruined my new truck 6 months old 2020 Silverado 1500 ltz dropped a glow plug into my engine had to replace want to pass it off and said we can repair it , after dropping glow pull into engine block they tryed to start my truck . Well this destroyed my engine , they replaced took 3 months right after given back to me problems with electrical system and ac system which now has been replaced 4 x the owner tom Gibbs stated it was because parts brake it wasn’t he’s fault , well did give me an extension on warranty for 5 years but still have issues he denies all his work is good but now had ac compressor replaced again but from another shop who wrote on the invoice that tom Gibbs the last shop who did the same job did not do it correctly and caused this to happen I had to replace the compressor serpentine belt and crank seal . Tom Gibbs has ruined my truck and will not admit this .. I contacted a lawyer the head of Gm the bbb . Doesn’t tom Gibbs care no apparently not only about him self and his wrath .
