The primary reason we bring our vehicles to AutoNation Greenacres is because of our Service Advisor, Darren Evans! I can call Darren on his direct line, schedule an appointment that is convenient for me, and get the A++ customer service starting with that phone call all the way to my departure. We appreciate the Service Technicians who are meticulous when our vehicles are under their care and the staff who ferry our vehicles to/from the Check-In Bay to the Service Bay. I even got my "Beast" washed yesterday, thank you!

Purchased a Toyota Tundra, Tool for locking lug nuts
Purchased a Toyota Tundra, Tool for locking lug nuts missing. Could not change tire, Dealership accused me of losing it. Lol, taking it to small claims court. Let them pay court costs. I experienced mostly Rude People who just want your money !!! Asked they pay the costs to have regular factory lug nuts put on, but they can't be bothered. If you are elderly, or disabled. Be careful shopping here.
