Bought my car in for a recall notice..they would not give me an appointment unless I showed the car at the service center (even though I had the recall number and my VIN #} I wasted almost a half hour sitting in line and being ignored until I got out of my car and asked for service. Then to be told that they didn?t have the part and I would be called when it was in. After waiting almost 3 weeks I had to call to see if the part was in. I was connected to your parts department and was told the part is in and he transferred me to scheduling. They had an opening the next day at 10 AM and to go to line #2. When I was approached by Christopher who plugged in the computer reader and was told the part wasn?t in stock. I explained to him I called parts yesterday and told the part was in.. We went to the ?waiting room? and sat there for over 3 hours with no communication from anyone until I finally went to a counter near the garage and asked about my car and how much longer we had to wait. No one could tell me anything and told me to go back and check with Christopher. Amazingly when I asked miracle of miracles our car was done..There should be someone that could give updates and give updates.

The sales team of Al Posilico, Alex and Dana were nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to my friends family to purchase a vehicle.

Service did a good job, friendly and helpful. All well, my only complaint is the time it took, about 3 hours and other dealerships was your car after service that would be a nice perk.
