Gator Chevrolet

I bought my 2020 Chevy Trail Boss from Gator chevy on 6/1/2020. It started running bad so I took it to them. The truck came with a lifetime power train warranty. They had the truck for 12 weeks the first time. They told me it was ready except that it now needs a torque converter because it has the chevy shake according to Geoff. When I picked it up the check engine light was on and it ran worse than when I took it to them the 1st time. Now they have had it 1 week and they haven't looked at it yet. The life time warranty sounds good but, you have to take it to them and you need to be ready for them to have it a long time.

Horrible customer service and they don't take care of their customers or do what they said they will.... I wouldn't buy a lawn mower from this dealership. Look at all the bad reviews on Google. Not sure how they get any business.

I bought a used 2015 Chevrolet 1500, the check engine light was on when i bought it i was told to bring it back and they would fix it when the parts where available. I also bought an 6 month 6,000 mile warranty on it, i have taken the truck back 4 times in 4 weeks and leaving it for several days. Several sensors have been changed and the truck still is not fixed. I tried to trade it on another truck at Gator Chevrolet and was told the finance manager was working on a deal for two days then today i was told they are selling the 2017 i was trying to trade for was being sold to someone else " as we speak" where's my deal? The shop only has one mechanic who has tried to fix it i guess but now the warranty is expired and I'm stuck in a truck that has problems.
