I was disappointed that the website didn't show prices
I was disappointed that the website didn't show prices for routine services, and was not easy for me to navigate. I believe the service on my vehicle was done correctly, so no complaints there. There was major sticker shock concerning the price of wiper blades, but I put my big boy pants on and paid it. I had received an e-mail offering a free offer for my car, but when I asked they said to take it to sales for an appraisal. After being at the dealership almost four hours already, I decided to skip it.
