It still amazing to be in 2025 and find that dealers have failed to adapt to a true, transparent, and fair process to sell a used car. Instead they have simply found ways to add hidden and extraneous fees even on advertised units. Had the displeasure of trying to purchase a SUV thru JJ and Christianson. Unit was clearly advertised with pricing and warning of their high prep/handling fees and boosted tag fees too. But wait …. Over a 2000 dollar hidden “reconditioning” fee. They also somehow tried to double charge taxes but that might have been error. We had already written them off for what some would suggest as fraud. We have submitted the emails and Buyers Order to FTC for complaint also. Buyer beware indeed …

My wife and I were looking for a good deal on a Chevy
My wife and I were looking for a good deal on a Chevy Tahoe and we found them on the internet and they responded to us quickly and were pleasant to work with. Bella there sales rep. Answered our questions and Christian their salesman worked with us with no pressure and made it a easy experience.

Did not like the up sale they pulled.
Did not like the up sale they pulled. I was told 2,000.00 down and payments of 1112.00 but when signing papers, he told me I had to pay 3,000.00 down and payments gone up 100.00 but it went up 263.92 a month. Now I can make the payment, but the higher price has made retirement not to enjoyable. Never again.
