Bought a new Chevy pickup 9 months ago .Trailer plug on truck was corroded. Having problems with boat trailer not backing up. I asked the service dept to replace the plug. They said no. I asked the man if he would clean the plug he said no. Had to go to Richies auto repair in Fort Meade to have plug replaced. After buying 5 vehicles over the years from Greenwood Chevy At a cost of 150k I was not satisfied with the service. The service dept. could have replaced the plug in 20 minutes. This defective plug caused me nothing but problems.I will be looking somewhere else for my next vehicle
