I was in for an oil change and tire rotation.

I was in for an oil change and tire rotation. In the past the work was completed within an hour to an hour and a half. Today it was two and one half hours. Additionally, in the past I was presented with a complimentary car wash voucher but not today. Hmmm…was this program discontinued?
