I couldnt be happier!
I couldnt be happier! Syed greeted me as I walked in the door and asked if he could help. I told him I'd like to speak to someone about buying a new SUV that wouldnt give me scripted answers or use sales tactics on me and just talk to me like a person. I'd been to the Hyundai and Kia dealers close by, and Honda, Cadillac, and Nissan ones a town over. I let no one pull my credit, left no deposits anywhere else. He was polite, professional, very understanding... I cant say enough good things about him. We went for a test drive and made sure it fit in my garage (4-5 miles away) and told him I dont make impulse decisions, but he was the front runner. After going home and sleeping on it, I had decided and came back, with a payment, met Gabriella the finance manager, who was also stellar and handled everything. Cant tell you how happy, impressed, just in awe I am about the whole experience. I'd rate them more than 5 stars if I could. DEF RECCOMEND! -Rob Anthony

If I could leave zero stars I would.
If I could leave zero stars I would. This dealership keeps contacting me even though I keep asking them not to. I bought an Equinox from them, owned it 3 months, and almost crashed it when the vacuum pump “exploded” (per their techs). Oscar Guerra blamed Chevy corporate, and corporate blamed the dealership and told me to get a lawyer. I lost several thousand dollars and they would not stand by their product. Given this, I have asked them to stop calling/emailing/sending flyers to my house but it all keeps coming. I have informed them that for every new contact I receive, I’ll leave an additional bad review, so here we are.
