ZERO STARS!
ZERO STARS!!!! THIS DEALERSHIP IS HORRIBLE!!! I'VE BEEN TAKING OUR CARS THERE TO OVER 10 YEARS, TOOK MY HUSBANDS TAHOE THERE FOR A TICKING NOISE. THEY WANTED OVER 10K TO FIX IT SAID IT WOULD TAKE 13 HOURS TO FIX. THEY TOOK IT APART THEN WANTED OVER 1K TO PUT IT BACK TOGETHER. WE HAD IT TOWED HOME AND THEY DIDN'T GIVE US ALL THE PARTS, HAD TO GO BACK TO GET MISSING PARTS. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!

Once the sale is complete. There is no follow up from the salesperson. You literally forget their name. So you definitely can?t recommend them to a friend. Now, the ?service dept? is a whole different animal. They seem to really care about what they do. Happy I picked this dealership - Chevrolet of Milford, CT.
