Noisy
I was somewhat disappointed in my vehicle service. An oil change was performed OK, but I also requested attention to a noisy exhaust that developed over the past few months. At first it would get quieter as the system heated up but now does not. Service found a bent heat shield contacting the exhaust causing the noise and returned it to me ?quiet as can be?. After driving it a few days I feel it is unchanged but have not had a chance to get it rechecked.

BACK ON THEIR WORD
Dealership was very much a joke. Hashed out a deal on a used car which they were supposed to fix a rattle in the car. When the rattle wasn’t a quick fixed they neglected to fix it and went back on our deal. I thought they were THE DEALER FOR PEOPLE, but apparently they are a Dealer for the Dealer. At first they called me everyday, and then when they pulled the deal they would not even respond to my calls. My family bought many of cars when it was Jackson Chevrolet, this new ownership is awful. I will never step foot in there again and I advise everyone else not to either.

Not impressed
Brought my 06 Colorado in last Saturday because the check engine light was coming on. Representative called and said my car was kicking back lean codes and that the issue had to do with an acculator. Authorized that repair and was called to pick up the car and was told that the issue was taken care of, vehicle was test driven afterwards and check engine light was no longer on. An hour after leaving the dealership, the check engine light comes back on, so I bring it back to the dealership. I was told that they would take a look at it the following Monday. Monday comes and technician calls me and says that the issue is now with an O2 sensor. Authorized the O2 sensor to be replaced, pick up my car and within five minutes check engine light pops back on. Could not get a clear and precise answer from anybody in the service department as to what the problem is and why it couldn?t be fixed after 2 trips and almost 2k in repairs. Rated customer service 2 stars because of the young man (new employee) tried his best to accommodate me with this issue.

We could separate our dealership from nearby competitors by writing about our local community outreach services but because we are humble we're going to save that for the day when you inquire about those services specifically. Besides we recognize the primary reason you ought to make the drive to Middletown is for yourself so you're able to find more car sale options prior to making a purchase.Don't just choose the first car you notice at a Middlesex County and Hartford area dealer.
