They said we were approved at the dealer after being there for 4 hours and said we can pick up the car the next day. When we went to pick it up they said we were not approved and wanted more.

Excellent buying experience. Salesperson Doug Shatas was pleasant, straightforward and very helpful as we investigated all aspects of this used vehicle. In some ways he was more thorough than we were. Our family combined has bought a few cars over the years, and this experience was the best.

I left my truck for brakes instead of waiting for it. They knew I was being dropped off at 7:30 next morning fo pickup. Truck not fixed nor drivable when I got there. Never called to be informed that there was a part issue. EXTREMELY inconvenienced.
