O'Neill's service department has always been very easy and pleasant to work with. Michelle has been extremely helpful making service appointments and guiding me through the maze of GM's product offerings and requirements.

2018 Suburban was brought in for running rough
2018 Suburban was brought in for running rough approximately four months after a 90K tune up - dealer stated nothing wrong. Vehicle was brough to another shop that cleaned fuel injectors and replaced the recently changed spark plugs - vehicle now runs smoothly with better performance. Will not return to O'Neill's for service.
