After buying a new Equinox EV, I had no internet connection, and dealing over the phone with Onstar was very frustrating. At Davison-Gephardt, Josh Smith, the service manager, took an immediate interest in my problem and found the solution. I'm very grateful for the attention he gave me, he made my day.

He is not only is extremely knowledgable about the vehicle, but, was very patient explaining the features of the different models and had us drive the two different models. The entire process from beginning to the final steps of leasing the Equinox EV RS3 vehicle was amazing with all those involved with the deal.
