Bought a vehicle from this company and it's been in the shop three times for the same issues I talked to the salesman and they told me pretty much it's my problem so just let people know that they sell lemons out of this car lot they don't care if they ripped you off or not I've asked to speak to the owner and he doesn't even care because he won't even come out and talk to me they've had my truck for two days the first time the second time two weeks and now this time they told me two to three weeks because they cannot figure out the problem so I'm losing money so I used the truck for my business and they don't care if I was losing money for I feel like they gave me a lemon for a vehicle

I have been a loyal customer for more than 5 years and have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. I made an appointment about a few weeks ago and the appointment was for 8:00 a.m. to have a new remote control key installed, I show up at 7:30 a.m. and waited for 8:00 a.m. I wasn't instructed that I had to park my vehicle in front of the service door. Closer to 8:00 a.m. a lot of vehicles start pulling up and parking in front of the service doors once 8:00 a.m. I walk in and was told to get in line with the rest of the vehicles my appointment was at 8:00 a.m. why was I not instructed over the phone that I had to park in front of the service doors? Why were twelve other people also scheduled for 8:00 a.m.? I will take accountability for not asking for instructions other than just bring the vehicle. I had to leave because I wasn't going to be able to have a babysitter for more than a couple hours. Why make appointments if other clients are also given the same appointment time? Another experience today on 10/16/2020 my Vehicle started having accelerator issues and on the highway it would not go above 45MPH so I called yesterday and spoke with Joe Cortez he told me to bring the vehicle and that he would be able to have it looked at by Monday to just drop it off we agreed over the phone that I would take it in sometime on Friday 10/16/2020 so I take it in. To drop off the vehicle I waited 30-45 minute because the service advisors I assume a fancy name for customer service these men were too busy ignoring or pretending to be busy with other customers. I was next in line and was told by one of the "service advisors" to wait for Joe Cortez because he was the one I had spoken to, Joe Cortez was not around about 5 minutes later he shows up I approach him and he told me to wait because there was a customer he was helping at the time he finished helping the customer and decided to walk this customer to her vehicle nice gesture but he knew I had been waiting and didn't even acknowledge me or look at me he just walked out because I probably looked like I had all of the time in the world. It seemed like he was gone for 15 minutes so I asked another man "service advisor" for help with just dropping off my vehicle that's all I needed. He helped I assume only because I was upset. It does not take more than a few seconds to acknowledge a customer who has walked in the door, it does not take more than a few seconds to acknowledge someone to let them know I am doing something but I know that you are here and waiting. The "service advisor" that helped me all he did was print out a form explained what it was and had me sign it. I understand that they get busy and that they have customers ahead in line but like I said acknowledge those who are waiting or who have just walked in the door instead of avoiding eye contact and looking right past them. I hope the rest of my experience goes well. Thank you!

Our Salesman, Jeremy, was outstanding! The Staff that assisted were also very friendly and the experience was probably the best We have had in buying a car in 30+ years. The Cruze we bought is exceptional!
