Made an inquiry on line and was contacted by a sales person that I should stop by and later that day I visited the showroom and talked to the saleswoman and picked out a truck and test drove it and filled out an application in a two and a half hours she came to me several times and appoligesed that it was taking so long and finally said for me to go ahead and leave and she would call me and that was 3 days ago and no call yet.That truck would have been my fourth purchase from Bozarth and the only dealership that I took any of my vehicles to for service.....the worst coustomer service experiance of my life.

After weeks of unsuccessful attempts to get my car fixed, I ended up at Ed Bozarth Chevrolet. They installed a remote starter in my car years ago and I was hoping that was the problem. The starter was fine and the people in the Service Department found the problem and fixed the problem. Everyone went out of their way to help me today, including the shuttle drivers. Thank you everyone.
