I had originally purchased my used vehicle from them and everything was great. I got a recall from G.M. about the passenger airbag and it said to wait for another letter before taking it to A dealership for repairs.. in the mean time I had a engine an engine light come on and i had also gotten the second letter for the recall, here is rub... I call, no answer at the service desk, so i leave a meassage as to weather i need an appointment?? a week goes by no response. I call again make an appointment for an oil change and the service light on, as well advise i will be home as this is my only vehicle. I drop off the truck at the arranged time and it goes most of the day. I had to call to check on it and was told the oil change is done but have no answer for the engine light. they said they will need to keep it for further testing. I explain again it is my only ride and will have to bring it back. I ask when they want the truck back and was told it would be another week before they could get to it. in the mean time I make arrangements to rent a car and drop off the truck. Moving ahead Purifoy has now had the truck for a week, I call on Friday as the only updates I got was that there was no updates.. I had mad a couple drive bys only to find it sitting in the back of the service fenced in lot and was told it had just been pulled out. The next Monday, I go by and it is again (or maybe still in the fenced lot) i go inside and tell them im done waiting, you have had it a week and im paying for a ride. the service writter agrees to give me my truck back, there has been no work performed to fix and when I get in to drive away my drivers seat is broke. they did nothing for the truck repair, they did nothing for the recall, they have not done anything for the seat repair. I had to work on my seat just to get it off the roof. the front of the seat was all the way up and the back all the way down, as if someone had been sleeping in it. the seat never should have been moved in the first place!! I have since fixed my own truck, it only took 3.5hrs and 700 in parts. unfortunately I cant fix the recall myself and I refuse to by a part for the seat that they broke... This place changed my oil and wasted time and money of mine that is both hard to come by today!!! I'm eternally turned off by this company now, and can't see why I wouldn't spread this story as much as possible...Disgusted that Service in this country has come to this!!!!!!!!

I brought my 2016 Chevy traverse here last April due to a shudder issue which apparently Chevy/GM is aware of. I spent almost a thousand dollars on parts and labor. I was assured that I would not experience this again. Tell me why 8 months later my car is doing the exact same thing again, cause they sure couldn’t. They said they needed to take apart my transmission to figure out why it was doing the exact same thing again and to start it would cost me $1500.00 or better yet I should just go ahead and replace my 3 year old transmission for $6000. I asked the representative why they didn’t fix the issue properly the first time and he said “oh we did, but now this is a different problem”. I asked him to explain to me why my car would be having the exact same problem as before, (but you just said you fixed it), but now I need a new transmission? I wouldn’t trust this place to so much as remove a hubcap, let alone go anywhere near my transmission, because apparently it takes them several attempts to fix the same issue while they rip you off each time. Oh yeah and don’t forget that there’s ALWAYS a diagnostic fee for them to tell you they couldn’t do the job right the first time.
