I took delivery of my 2026 Suburban Z71 (6.2L, custom Borla exhaust, red tintcoat) from John Elway Chevrolet on 23 October 2025, and I can say without hesitation that this was one of the best vehicle purchase experiences I?ve ever had. My journey with this dealership started way back in July 2025, when I first tried to buy a similar vehicle. That original deal didn?t work out, but Trevor (Internet Sales Manager) never dropped the ball. He stayed in touch, helped me custom-build the exact Suburban I wanted, and kept every promise, from the guaranteed price to a very fair-trade value on a challenging trade. Throughout the entire process, Trevor?s communication, communication, communication made all the difference. He kept me updated at every step as the vehicle moved through production and delivery. On delivery day, I met Amanda, who made what could have been an overwhelming tech setup feel effortless. She walked me through every performance and technology feature, connected my OnStar account, synced Apple CarPlay, and ensured I understood all the apps and settings before driving off the lot. Her professionalism and enthusiasm turned the delivery into a great experience. Daniel (F&I Manager) was equally professional, direct and knowledgeable when discussing warranty options, but respectful when I declined. The entire process was efficient, transparent, and team-oriented, which I deeply appreciate as a former military officer who values teamwork and integrity. When I left the dealership, my new Suburban was spotless, fully set up, and ready for a long drive south to Texas. I?ve bought many vehicles in my life, and I usually ask dealers not to put their decal on the back. This time, though, I left the Elway football logo right where it belongs. It?s a reminder of a team that truly earned my trust and my business. I not only recommend this team, would actively seek them out again in the future. Henry, the salesman, was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. All the staff we dealt with were the same. Very nice facility. Henry even offered my wife and I lunch while we waited for our car to charge.

The very best car dealership I have ever bought a vehicle from. At 65, I've purchased a few cars, and the team at John Elway Chevrolet is the most professional and personable group I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I genuinely had a good time buying a car...not many people can say that! My sales specialist, Amine did all the footwork, research and work for me, taking videos of cars that might be a good match, and then looking for other options until he found me the one that had all the features and I wanted. By the time I arrived at the dealership, my perfect new ride was ready to test drive. When I asked if they had a model with a sunroof on the lot...Amine tracked one down immediately. Incredibly impressive, personalized service! They gave me top dollar for my trade in, and the Finance Manager put everything together quickly and professionally. Any and all questions I asked were answered with clarity and complete transparency. I drove home that day with my new Chevy Trailblazer RS, complete with a Panoramic sunroof, AWD, incredible Bose Sound System, Turbo, and all the other features I wanted in my new vehicle.
