At first this was going to be a terrible review, but the sales manager Jason Somers saved his dealership. I won't give all the details, but here is the basic: I offered a fair price on the vehicle I wanted, the salesmen said "impossible". We settled on 500 more and I bought the vehicle. Two hours later I get an email informing me of a price reduction on the vehicle I just purchased! And it was less than the offer I was told was impossible!! You can imagine how steamed I was. Calls and emails to the salesmen were unanswered. I went back to the dealership the next day and talked to Jason Somers, the Sales Manager. He saw right away what a bad move that had been by the dealership, even if it was unintentional. Jason immediately made an adjustment and refunded me the 500. I can't give 5 stars since I should never have had to go through this, so John Elway Chevrolet gets 4 stars, but Jason gets 10!

I took delivery of my 2026 Suburban Z71 (6.2L, custom Borla exhaust, red tintcoat) from John Elway Chevrolet on 23 October 2025, and I can say without hesitation that this was one of the best vehicle purchase experiences I?ve ever had. My journey with this dealership started way back in July 2025, when I first tried to buy a similar vehicle. That original deal didn?t work out, but Trevor (Internet Sales Manager) never dropped the ball. He stayed in touch, helped me custom-build the exact Suburban I wanted, and kept every promise, from the guaranteed price to a very fair-trade value on a challenging trade. Throughout the entire process, Trevor?s communication, communication, communication made all the difference. He kept me updated at every step as the vehicle moved through production and delivery. On delivery day, I met Amanda, who made what could have been an overwhelming tech setup feel effortless. She walked me through every performance and technology feature, connected my OnStar account, synced Apple CarPlay, and ensured I understood all the apps and settings before driving off the lot. Her professionalism and enthusiasm turned the delivery into a great experience. Daniel (F&I Manager) was equally professional, direct and knowledgeable when discussing warranty options, but respectful when I declined. The entire process was efficient, transparent, and team-oriented, which I deeply appreciate as a former military officer who values teamwork and integrity. When I left the dealership, my new Suburban was spotless, fully set up, and ready for a long drive south to Texas. I?ve bought many vehicles in my life, and I usually ask dealers not to put their decal on the back. This time, though, I left the Elway football logo right where it belongs. It?s a reminder of a team that truly earned my trust and my business. I not only recommend this team, would actively seek them out again in the future.
