Rick pretends prices are low, but they secretly sneak extras into contracts, falsely claim add ons are state mandated, charge bogus smog fees on 2023 models, and jack up interest rates for profit. They even push Star Guard and Safe Cat, saying RAV4s ‘need it’ because they’re the #1 stolen vehicle which is false, illegal, and absolutely not mandatory by the state. Total scammers and an embarrassment to GM

I brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change and was told a driver would pick me up once it was ready. I don’t know if the driver ever showed up because they took forever, so I had to scramble to find someone else to give me a ride, and as a result, I was late to work. Completely unprofessional. On top of that, no one took the time to explain what additional work my vehicle supposedly needed. Just vague paperwork with no real communication. If this is how they treat their customers, I won’t be coming back

If you're looking to buy a 2017 Chevy bolt they have a lot of 2017 chevy bolt lemon recalls that have been fixed lemon law they will sale the car but add your EV Rebate to your sales price so they will pocket it and you won't get that They added almost $4000 to the one I was gonna buy so they could pocket that money A case of bait and switch and the cars on car guru you can't buy them through car guru you have to go down and buy it from them it's a way to lure you into the dealership BUYER BEWARE!!!
