Martin Chevrolet - Torrance

Horrible mechanic, my car was in the shop 5 times in 3 months totally 49 days, please fire the mechanic, I lost so much money unable to work due to the mechanic who kept making my car worst and causing other mechanical issues. Horrible, would not ever recommend anyone to Martin Chevrolet.

I went for oil change and everything was good besides that they recommending some more things that my car needs to be fixed for those three years I am driving it

I would never bring my car to this fake mechanic dealership. That’s a good question. What is a fake mechanic dealership? First off when you walk into the room and explain to these guys what the problem is with your engine or vehicle or whatever it could be. Every single one of those men in that room, they are not mechanics. I explained to him my problem with cruise control, and I took it back the third time because I also had an issue with my front and suspension. Being 700 miles away from the dealership in Mexico had a problem. Bolt nut was missing and a bolt is almost fine out on my sway bar. I called them from Mexico no response two times. I showed up talk to the lead mechanic and he said to me well I’m just gonna have to take your word for it that these bolts fell out. I was in shock. I told Mario the fake mechanic in the office, but the issue was and I go to Mexico and there’s no mechanic service there’s no parts no dealerships. So when a truck broke down, I called Mario and he actually answered and he said to me, just take it to a dealership. The closest dealership is 500 miles. Will you pay me for my tow, I asked. of course he said no. This place operates on this stupidity of people that drive there and drop off the cars. Don’t bother getting a warranty because they don’t know what the xxxx they’re doing.
