Ask for Edgar! Drove 12 hours to buy a new XT4!
I cannot recommend this dealer more highly. My mother and I drove 5 hours from Santa Barbara to trade in our vehicle after Edgar was incredibly helpful, transparent, courteous, and professional. Ask for Edgar, he is a truly exceptional representative of Cadillac. The entire process from understanding the unique situation we had and accommodating our needs without any hesitation, evaluating our trade-in, going through paperwork, and taking delivery of my mother's gorgeous new XT4 went as smoothly, pain-free, and pleasantly as possible. Kam, the sales manager, was exceptionally helpful even during wildfires affecting his family, and our finance manager Paul was incredibly efficient, fun, and transparent during the finance paperwork. We will be driving back up to Seaside when it is time for our next Cadillac; it was worth 12 hours of driving. Keep up the amazing work!
