I made an appointment through the dealership’s website for Wednesday at noon. I showed up for my appointment on time and the service advisor said I didn’t have an appointment. I showed her the email confirming my appointment. She still disagreed with me but agreed to go ahead with the oil change I needed. I left my car on Wednesday and was never contacted by the service provider ever again. After 4 phone calls to the dealer, I could not get anyone on the line to tell me if my car was available for pickup. I finally went to the dealer ONE WEEK later to pick up my car. I was charged $350 for an oil change and my car was covered in dirt and pine needles. It was clean when I dropped it off. I am so disappointed with the service provided by this dealership that I will no longer be returning my car to this dealership for maintenance and repair.

I'm writing in praise of service writer, Neli. I called to schedule a warranty repair of my 2023 Blazer 3T. It has an oil leak. It just passed 14000 miles. The person booking the appointment was full of wrong information. I was told a shuttle was available at 7AM. I was told it would be a day appointment. Neli, had to set things straight. She heard my frustration. She deescalated the situation by finding the right solution. She'll call me once conditions are correct for me to bring the car back. I'm certain she'll follow through, too.
