I recently inquired about a vehicle here and had a very disappointing experience. The price listed online included a $2,000 “incentive,” which I was told I could only receive if I financed through GM Financial at 8.99%, despite having excellent credit. That rate is far above current market rates. When I asked how long I’d be required to keep the loan before refinancing, I was told 6 months—but also told, after I asked, this requirement is not stated anywhere in the paperwork. Supposedly it’s an agreement between the dealership and the lender, which immediately raised red flags. On top of that, I was informed there were $2,400 in dealer-added options that could not be removed and were not included in the advertised price. So essentially, the “$2,000 incentive” is pointless when they’re forcing a high-interest loan and tacking on thousands in extras. Why would anyone take a higher rate for an incentive, only to pay even more in mandatory add-ons? The whole situation felt like bait-and-switch pricing and false advertising. Very shady overall. I will not be doing business with this dealership and would strongly caution others to be aware of these tactics.

Service staff was somewhat rude to my wife and didn't listen to issue. Very defensive and acted as if we the customer have no sense of a properly executed oil change is. I was supposed to get a call from the service manager to discuss...never heard from him. Showed video evidence of the issue, but service staff and mechanic completely ignored it along with making statements as if the evidence was never seen or considered. Gave 2 stars instead of one since they replaced the oil a second time within 2 days "free of charge"...however, that is not what we requested (or wanted/needed) or the real issue that was presented. The "professional" oil change is not worth the high cost when minor mistakes cannot be owned up to and handled with professionalism.
