I had an appointment at 12pm.
I had an appointment at 12pm. Arrived before for an oil change. Even with an appointment, I choose to wait in the lobby for my car and told them I would. I waited for my vehicle until almost 4pm. 4 hours later!!! No reason given for the delay.
