The process was fine and the customer service was OK.
The process was fine and the customer service was OK. When I received my Tahoe, a new sounds was discovered near the glove box, most likely the internal cabin fan. I brought the vehicle in on the weekend believing it to be a 5 minute fix and I was not helped. Now, in order for me to get rid of the new noise, I will need to bring the Tahoe back when it is convenient for them...not me.
