“I visited the dealership to purchase a car that was listed online at a $38900However, when I arrived, they quoted me a different, higher price $41000 and added extra accessories and fees. $4600 and when I called and asked what else you added on the car price Andrew tell me text and license plate fee only and then when I’m there the adding accessory fees close to $5000 This made me feel like it was a deceptive practice. Overall, I felt the experience was unfair and disappointing.” “The salesperson mentioned that they could either keep the car at the advertised price and add more accessories, or increase the car’s price and reduce the accessories. This made the entire process feel misleading and frustrating.”
