Terrible customer service.
Terrible customer service. Can't get anyone to return calls -- I was having a transmission issue in a car under warranty. I had to one day just show up to get anyone's attention. Then they ordered the part for the repair, called to tell me it was in but never called me back after I requested a date to bring the car in. I called twice and never heard back until 3 weeks later. In the meantime not wanting to drive kids around town in a defective car I gave up and went to Connell and was treated like gold.

Nothing like getting the VIP treatment.
Nothing like getting the VIP treatment. I told them what I wanted and they made it happen. in and out of the dealership with in 3 hours.
