Looking for a Chevy Colorado I contacted 4 dealerships north of the Gate. Did not like the atmosphere in 3 but did go back for more contact. The 3 were slow in calling back (I often waited a week and called them back, amazing!). Not so with McConnell. I made contact with Adam and we continued contact during the process, either by phone or face to face. It was more than several weeks I believe. Pressure sales stampedes me immediately and I come back hesitantly. No such approach by Adam. He made the process enjoyable (if that can be said about buying a new vehicle). He responded via phone, email or text in an expeditious manner. This is the second pickup I have purchased from McConnell, a 2006 Silverado, an amazing truck. Also they are a Costco affiliated dealership which adds savings. I had missed that on my search. One of the other dealers was too. But when the other dealers found out I wanted a diesel they seemed to lose interest if they didn't have one on the lot. I would recommend Adam.

These folks couldn't have been more helpful. They let me extend the test drive to my satisfaction and when I decided to buy they jumped right in to expedite the process and sent me out with a full tank of gas.
Definitely worth the trip.
