Shawn answered all questions professionally and apologized for the mistakes made. He assured me that the invoice would be corrected on his end. At the time of this review, I still need to follow up. Not very happy with the check-out sequence. As I was reviewing the paperwork, the cashier took it out of my hands to processes before I was finished reviewing it. I pointed out that this should be a 0 balance invoice as all charges are paid by fleet. I signed with notation that all charges are to fleet but the cashier continue to process the invoice without contacting my service agent. The cashier asked if this was cash or card, and I pointedly asked back, if she was aware that this is meant to be charged to fleet? Without out responding, she processed the paperwork and sent me to collect my vehicle. Not the best interaction with the cashier. The porter who delivered my vehicle was very professional and upbeat and kept a happy energy. I was happy to see that disposable mat and chair covers were used. This means that both service and cashier missed accuracy of the invoice.

The service representative "Jose" was great.
The service representative "Jose" was great. Very attentive and communicated well. The issue I have is that the motor oil leak on my vehicle was misdiagnosed the first time around. After pressure washing and degreasing my driveway, I have to do it all over again. Add the inconvenience of dropping off the vehicle and getting a rental a second time, is not a good recipe for a satisfied customer. Secondly, and most importantly, I have had various issues with my 2021 GMC Sierra. Most were covered under warranty but the latest was not. When you cannot shut off a vehicle because an electronic sensor in the steering column goes bad it logically should apply to the powertrain warranty and not the bumper to bumper. I want to give my loyalty to American made products and specifically GMC, however, American companies need to back up their products in the market place. I should not have had as many problems with a $65,000.00 truck with less than 60K miles.

They had my 2024 1500 silverado for almost 3 weeks, never
They had my 2024 1500 silverado for almost 3 weeks, never called once for an update of what was happening with the vehicle. And when I finally picked it up there was some kind of gunk on the seat.
